Forgot Password

This section covers how a client portal user can use the "forgot password" function on the login page to:-

  1. Set their password for the first time
  2. Reset their password

The following prompt will appear:-

 

At the prompt enter the portal user code and email address stored on that user profile, then click “Send Request”.

If the user code and email address are not a match, the following error will appear:-

Please check the portal user code and email address to ensure they match.

If the portal user code and email address match, you will receive this message:-

An email with a link to set the password will be emailed to the email address stored on the portal user. Check you emails and click on the link.

Tip: Some emails may end up in junk mail.

After clicking the link, re-enter the portal user code and email address and click “Verify User”. If the portal user code and email on their profile match, you will be asked to create a password.
