Case Review

The View page contains all the details relating to the selected debt including names, addresses, financial details, arrangement entered and note history.

Moving through the list of found debts

If you have accessed the “View” page through building a list, you can move forward and backward through your list by simply clicking the appropriate arrow as shown in the below diagram. The “View” page will change accordingly.

The left pointing arrow will reference the previous case from the list while the right pointing arrow will move to the next case in the list.

Debtor Details

To drill-down on the debtor and view additional stored information such as additional addresses, phone numbers, contacts, birth dates, email address, ABN and ACN, simply click the name of the debtor which appears as a red hyperlink as per the diagram below.

IMPORTANT: Where there are multiple parties responsible for paying the debt, these will be displayed as Debtor 1, Debtor 2 etc. Be sure to click the label of the debtor you wish to drill-down on first.

A new page will appear as per the diagram below. To access the additional data simply click the appropriate labels.

To close the page, click the button labelled “Exit”

To print the page, click the button labelled “Print”

To add a note, click the button labelled “Add Note”

General Debt Information

 

To view your debtors’ reference, plaint or court number, date next due for action, last activity and date referred, click the tab labelled “General Debt Information”.

Financial Summary

To view the summary of the debtor financial position, click the tab labelled “Financial Summary”.

 

Instalment Information

If there is a current repayment arrangement, an additional tab will appear labelled “Instalment Information”. To view the repayment arrangement simply click this tab.

 

Note History

The complete case history will appear in a table at the bottom of the “View” page and this contains a log of all notes relating to the selected debt.

These notes could include charges and payments affecting the debtors balance, letters sent, attachments added, emails sent and received, free-form notes made by both you and the collector, SMS messages and payment arrangements made.

Expand Note

To expand or drill-down on a note to see more particulars, simply click on the note itself.

A new page will appear as per the above diagram. This content of this page will vary depending on the nature of the note.

For example, the above diagram shows the contents of an email sent together with recipient, sender, subject, date and time sent.

In the below example, details of how a payment was allocated is shown.

View Case Payments

While you have selected a case, you can view all payments recorded by clicking the “Payments” link. See below diagram for an example.

View Case Financials

When you have a case selected, you can view the full financial details of the case by clicking the link labelled “Financials”. See below diagram for an example.

View Loan Arrears

When you have a case selected, you can view any loan arrears details of the case by clicking the link labelled “Loan Arrears”. See below diagram for an example.
