Agent Access Setup

To allow an agent access to the web portal you must first create them as an agent. See here.

In the "Portal Settings" page on the side-bar, specify a password.

Nominate when to alert the operator of an update by this agent where indicated.

If "Bypass Job Acceptance?" is un-tick, the agent will be required to accept or decline each job. 

If "View All Case Notes (Excluding Private)" is un-ticked, the agent will only see notes relating to their attendances, including emails to them, job sheets and their own notes and attendances. 

Once the agent is logged in, they can update their own password and contact details
