If you have a situation where certain Plaintiff Details are regularly used, you can now store them for future selecting and assignment to debts.
Simply provide a Code for the Plaintiff which is unique and populate the data fields as needed, then click the “Save” button on the Action bar.
Your new Plaintiff record will be stored for future reference and can be assigned at the time of creating a new debt, or assigned to an existing debt using the PD command in the Case Manager shortcuts.
Once a Plaintiff is assigned to a case, the plaintiff name will be shown in place of the client name on the case details page of the case manager, with the word (Plaintiff) after it.
You can email the Plaintiff direct when you are in a case that has a plaintiff assigned to it. Simply click the Email action and select “to Plaintiff” from the Party list.
