Enabling file uploads to DebtCol
Exit from all DebtCol sessions
Open Internet Explorer.
From Internet Explorer’s Tools menu, select “Options”
In the dialog box that appears on your screen, click the “Security“ tab.
In the zones, select “Trusted sites”
Click the button labelled “Customer Level”
Scroll through the security settings and enable “Access data sources across domains” in the Miscellaneous section.
If prompted to confirm the setting change, click “Yes”
Close Internet explorer and log back into DebtCol where uploading attachments should now be possible.
If you find that this does not resolve your problem then you may need to update the IIS MIME types for the file extension in question. Contact DebtCol Software for details on the website and directory to be updated with the new MIME Type.
