Tools > Accounts Setup > Invoice Messages
Record overdue account and general messages for merging into your client tax invoices.
Select the message type from the list.
Enter the invoice message in the text area labeled “Message”. Click “Save” on the Action Bar.
Tip: for any message except the General Invoice Message, you can use @DAYS within your message to merge the clients trading term days into the message.
For example: In the “Trading Terms – Nothing overdue” message you might state:-
Please note that our trading terms for payment are @DAYS.
In the example above, the clients actual trading term days will replace the @DAYS in the body of the message.
