Manner of Service

For process serving, the manner in which each document being served is determined by a number of factors, such as the document itself and the type of entity being served. For example a Victorian Magistrates' Court Form 5A Complaint is served on a company by posting it to the registered office, while a person should be served personally.
Create the manner of service items here then link them to the legal steps/service documents. Once this is done when creating a new case for service, after inserting the subject and their legal type (person or company), the manner of service will automatically populate. This can be included in a job sheet for the agent.
The code must be unique and made up of only letters and/or numbers.
The description should say it how you want it to appear on an agents job sheet.
