Attempted Service Reasons

Tools > Workflow Setup > Attendance Tools > Attempt Reasons

Common reasons for failed attempts at serving documents can be stored here. When the agent is recording the attendance either via the agent portal or the document service manager page, these attempted service reasons can be selected. Mail merge fields can be used in Affidavit's and other documents to populate them with the details of the reason the attempt failed.

The code must be unique and can only be letters and/or numbers.

In the title describe the reason for the failed attempt in a way that makes it easy for an agent to pick.

The description field is how you would like the reason shown inside an Affidavit.
