Job Review and Update

To access a job, click on the job via the job list, or from the menu click "Job Details"

You may be asked to accept or decline the job based on your user settings.

The Job Details screen looks like this:-

To see what legal documents need to be served, click "Documents to Serve".

To see any special instructions for this job, click "Special Instructions"

To see any client instructions for this job, click "Client Instructions"

File attachments stored on the job are indicated by the image of a paperclip. To see the underlying attachment, click on the row that contains the image of the paperclip inside the notes table.

Click "Add Notation" to record your own notes and attachments for the job.

Click "Add Attendance" to record specifics about an attendance made.
