Recording Details of an Attendance
When in the job you wish to record attendance details on, click "Add Attendance"
There are two types of attendance screens, process serving and all others.
PROCESS SERVING JOBS
The process serving attendance process will ask a series of questions across a number of pages in the structure of a wizard. The questions are relating to the service of legal documents. These screens may differ slightly from job to job as they are dependent on the type of service and legal document being served. See the following example

3. RECORD THE DETAILS AND OUTCOME OF THE ATTENDANCE
4. SELECT AN AFFIDAVIT TO PRODUCE
5. RECORD ANY ADDITIONAL NOTES AND ATTACHMENTS
Upon finalising a process serving attendance, a summary of the attendance is recorded in the jobs note history and an email sent to the operator on the job.
FIELD CALL, REPOSSESSION AND OTHER NON-PROCESS SERVING JOBS
Non process serving jobs will ask a series of questions about the attendance, whether it be for field calls, repossession or other similar attendances.
Simply record the details of the attendance then depending on the outcome of the attendance, tick one of the following options:-
If the address attendance has been cleared out/vacated, record any information your have uncovered.
If goods have been repossessed, record details here, including the engagement of any towing operators and auction house or other storage location.
If you have collected a payment, record the details here.
Here you can record the details of a vehicle inspection you have conducted.
Here you can record details of a proposed payment plan made with the debtor.
Finalise the attendance by recording any conversations, additional notes and uploading any supporting documents such as photos.
The operator for the job will receive your update via email immediately.
